Time to Play Pig

We tried this new math game in our carpet time meeting yesterday and now it is time for you to try it. If you can’t find any dice at home, you can use this website that has Virtual dice. 

I decided to stick with the the pig theme for storytime today so you might want to listen to Jon Scieszka read his book The True Story of the Three Little Pigs. I really enjoy watching authors read their own books.

I couldn’t find any good videos about pigs so so I picked a video just for fun.  If you have time, you can watch this video for the band OK Go’s song, This Too Shall Pass. They made a Rube Goldberg machine for this video. I wonder how long it took for them to build it and get it just right. Someday, you could try making your own Rube Goldberg machine.
