We were so lucky to be able to participate in Primary Days of Music at Kitchener Elementary before Spring Break! I miss singing with all of you with Ms. Stocker at the piano! We may not be able to sing these songs together right now, but why not sing along with these videos? I bet the melodies and lyrics will come back to you in no time! I like this version of “Tue, Tue” as it has younger and older voices singing. Remember the translation from Ghanaian?! (Sorry sir, this small boy has made you fall flat!) Then we’ve got the song our whole school was learning, “Why We Sing”

And why not teach your family the line dance for “Green Sally Up”?  Here are the words in case you’ve forgotten…

Green Sally Up, Green Sally down, Green Sally baked her possum brown.

I asked my mother for fifteen cents, to see the elephant jump the fence.

He jumped so high, he touched the sky, he didn’t come back ’til the first of July.

Green Sally Up, Green Sally Down, Green Sally baked her possum brown.
