You might have seen the youtube video of the 3 brothers from Ladner, B.C. who wrote a song encouraging everyone to stay at home during the Covid-19 outbreak! Check out the video under Grade 6, Lesson 1, which kicks off a song writing unit. As you progress through the unit you’ll notice our choir warm up “My Bonnie” – sing along with it! Then you can come up with a “piggyback” song of your own, using that tune. When we get back together at Aubrey, wouldn’t it be fun to test out some of your new versions?!
