Hello Division 15 families,
Happy February! In this month, we talk a lot about kindness and friendship in preparation for Valentine’s Day and Anti-Bullying Day (Pink Shirt Day).
We introduced the idea of “drafts” when we created our heart maps. Heart maps are visuals that show what is important to someone (things that are in our hearts). We made drafts of our plans and are going to make good copies this week!
To supplement my blog posts, we started writing letters to mom and dad every Friday. First we brain storm “What did we do this week?”. Students then pick what they enjoy the most to write and draw for their family!

We created our own personal space “bubble” visuals to show what we allow inside our bubbles and what/who should be outside of our bubbles.
