Daily physical activity is essential for everyone in maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle. It is especially important during times like this when we find ourselves stuck inside and lacking the day to day movement our bodies are used to. It is beneficial for our mental and physical health to find time each day to get fresh air, stretch and move our bodies.
