Hello families,
As we near the end of Term One, I want to congratulate all students and their families for all your hard work, dedication, and patience. Times are tough, but I am so proud of the progress we have made as a class!
Our school has a subscription to a learning program called “Everyday Speech”. They have a variety of videos on many topics that can be shared with parents. This resource is used to aid students in meeting classroom expectations and behaviors (also essential social skills!). It’s great because students can follow along, ex. giving a thumbs up or down if they agree. I highly encourage parents and guardians to review the following videos with their child and check their understanding. We will also be reviewing these in class, perhaps even multiple times!
