“Being Smart & Staying Healthy”

Instructions:

  1. Read all the Healthy vs. Unhealthy choices.
  2. Put a “√” if you think the choice is healthy
  3. Put a “X” if you think the choice is unhealthy
  4. Colour the pictures
  5. Challenge: create your own list with a family member.
    Write out a few healthy and unhealthy choices and put an “X” or a “check mark” to indicate which one they are!
