What a fun last week of school!
On Tuesday authors shared their books in pairs and some read their book to the class! We also had the exciting ice cream party!!
On Wednesday we spent time having fun and cooling down at Confederation Park!

Swimming lessons this week exceeded my expectations! The kids had so much fun and made good progress this week! What a great way to get everyone ready for the summer!

Last week, students demonstrated their understanding of the life cycle of a butterfly by creating the 4 stages with plasticine. They really enjoyed making different caterpillars and butterflies.
Today we released 10 butterflies!! We predicted what was going to happen once the lid was opened and put the container out at the garden. Right away, some flew away. Others slowly came out and two needed help to get out of the tank. Students were so excited to see them coming out and flying around the garden. Some butterflies went to a flower right away.
