On Monday it was Earth Day. We talked about what we appreciate about our planet and what we can do to help it. We made prints of Earth with a paper plate and paint. We also wrote an acrostic poem about Earth.

We have been learning about the water cycle. Students showed their learning by creating the water cycle with loose parts and naming each stage.

Here are some pictures of our class exploring the gymnastics equipment. We will be working on safety, balance and strength.

Students have worked for weeks on understanding characters, setting and creating a plot with a beginning middle and end. To make end this short unit students created a puppet show of their story. Here are some photos of students working on their setting as well as performing.
