Quiet Time FINAL

What things do you choose to do during your Quiet Time?

I like to work on my work so I can just catch up on everything!

What do you like or don’t like about Quiet Time, and why?

I like everything about Quiet Time, the music is something I don’t really like because it’s just not my type.

What do you feel during Quiet Time?

I feel very calm, it’s like jumping on to the bed after a long walk on the bed.

What do you notice about it?

That everyone is very quiet.

What does it mean to you?

It means that I get to catch up or draw or anything!

What surprised you?

Well, the first time we had quiet time I expected some muttering and some bit of chatting. But no.

Do you have any questions?

Can you change the music?

  • Hi Sunny. I have listened to over 50 “quiet time/spa music” and find most of them to be irritating, for example too loud instruments, or birds tweeting in the background a lot. The Indian flute music we use in our class is by far the most unobtrusive one. If you find background music that you like, please share it with me : ) We could test it out.

    • Ok, thanks for replying!

      • We all know that listening to electronic music improves your mood. Well, at least from the data that I have collected. Listening to beat drops tends to make you more energized. Here are some recommendations:
        NCS [The Light]
        Trap Nation [Xenogenesis]
        Trap Nation [XE3]

And let the glorious empire of Vibhinnlandia rise amongst all odds!
