The aim of timetabling is to stay organized. Our Timetable should be a living, work-in-progress document that may be easily reordered or revised at any point according to the needs of everyone affected.

Music, P.E., and Library blocks will remain the same all year!

 

BAND

Unfortunately, Band class is no longer being offered at our school.

Elementary students in the Burnaby School District may sign up for the optional Grade 6 and 7 band program through the district’s Burnaby Community & Continuing Education (Burnaby CCE) website, typically with registration opening in May. 

Key Sign-Up Details

  • Eligibility: Open to students entering Grades 6 and 7.
  • Registration Period: Usually opens in May for the upcoming school year.
  • Required Information: You will need your child’s name, Personal Education Number (PEN#), birthdate, current grade, home school, and preferred program locations.
  • Cost: The user-pay program fee is $350 annually, with financial hardship accommodations available through consultation with the school.
  • Instruments: Families must rent or buy instruments separately through external vendors.
  • Schedule: Classes run after the school day from October to May/June (28 sessions total) at designated district sites. One session per week for 90 minutes from 3:30 to 5pm.
