In February, we learned about self-affirmations. We discussed how hard it can be to remember all of our wonderful, positive qualities when we are feeling down. On Valentine’s Day we didn’t write Valentine’s Day cards for others, we wrote them for ourselves. We put our self-affirmations on the front of our lockers, or inside our lockers, as a positive reminder to see every day.
Just in case you forgot, self-affirmations begin with “I am ” and you can chose a positive word that describes you, such as I am peaceful.
While we are unable to be together as community right now, it is really important to me that you remember your self-affirmations and believe them. Remember that I believe them, too.

Hi Mrs.Postulo I’m Tenzin and I want to tell you
That I really miss school and one more thing am
I going to be grade four when school starts?
Hi Tenzin,
I am so glad you were able to explore our class website! I really miss school, too. Unfortunately, I don’t have more information than you do about when we might be going back to school. As soon as I have information to share I will let our class know. I know that doesn’t answer your question, and not knowing is hard.
