Both stress and anxiety cause uncomfortable emotions that everyone experiences from time to time. It can be like an alarm bell ringing, yet there is no threat. Some of us experience it more than others. The key is to listen to our bodies to notice those uncomfortable emotions in order to manage them. We can use similar strategies to manage both stress and anxiety.

The symptoms of stress and anxiety can be similar, however the way we think about these are important.
