Week 3 Physical Education: 5 Days of Yoga

Hi everyone,

Mrs. Wu and I have been trying to be active and healthy every day, seeing that all I do is cook and eat nonstop when I’m working from home (mostly). Something that we’ve been doing a lot of is Yoga and we wanted to share this challenge with you as well. We are on Day 11 now out of 30 days. Wish us luck. Let me know how Yoga goes for you all this week.

Week 3- Charlotte’s Web Reading (Chapter 8-11)

Hello Division 10,

I’m so proud of the hard work we’ve been doing the past few weeks. As promised, I am posting your work for next week today (Sunday). I’ve had emails from quite a few of you all, my eager beavers, who couldn’t wait to do more work. Here it is:

Charlotte’s Web Chapter 8 & 9

Charlotte’s Web Chapter 10 & 11

TASK THIS WEEK:

This week you will be asked to write a summary of the important things that happened in Chapters 8-11 combined. You have until Friday to complete your paragraph and post it on this website. Please do not send it in to my email address as I will be marking it right from here. It should be around 300 words or so. Once again, you will read chapters 8-11, then write one large paragraph about the important things that happened. I hope this makes more sense now.

Weekend Challenge: Inspired by Mr. Chu

Hi all,

I’m so proud of all of our hard work this week. We’ve come together and created a healthy online environment for our classroom. We must thank our parents and older siblings for getting us through this week, by: helping us with computer support, sending emails/pictures to Mr. Wu, and helping you clean up the mess from making your milkshakes (because I bet you left the mess and went straight to having your shakes).

CHALLENGE:

As a big thank you to our parents for all their hard work with us this week, I propose this challenge. Your goal is to take a before and after picture of your bedroom after you clean it and rearrange your furniture. Please send your pictures to justin.wu@burnabyschools.ca so I can post it on this blog.

Here are some examples.
