Topic: Explain to me what your “chill zone” or “zen spot” or “quiet area” or “your space” looks like. What is in your area? Where is it? Who is allowed to be there? When do you use it?
Example: My quiet area in my house is my spare bedroom where I have my office desk set up for work, my extra bed (old bed) to take naps in, and a rocking chair where I like to sit and watch YouTube videos with. This is my chill spot because Mrs. Wu does not come in here to bother me. I go in this spot when I need peace and quiet, whether it is doing my school work, teaching, or just wanting to watch videos. If I had the money I would buy a nice TV to put in here for my PS4. Currently my PS4 lives in the living room, but my wife does not like me playing too much. Sometimes when I’m tired or sad, I will go into my bed and take a nap and when I wake up I feel much better. Lastly, I love this area in the house the most because this is where I will sneak Callie (our Golden Retriever puppy) in to play with. My wife and I decided that Callie cannot go on the couch or the beds, but maybe I’ll sneak her into my chill spot so she can lay with me while I watch YouTube videos. Don’t tell my wife please…

My quiet spot or zen spot is down in my basement on my old rocking chair. I sit there and do a lot of my work there I’m doing this on the rocking chair right now. Another quiet spot is in my room on my bed I sit there looking at the sealing. I have 1 more quiet spot or zen spot it is outside I think it is the best spot on a sunny day because it’s just really peaceful outside where I live. I really like it outside.
I have a rocking chair too in my spare room. I have to refurbish it by sanding it and staining it again. Everytime we have Zoom meetings I see that you’re outside. That seems really chill. I don’t have outdoor patio or a enclosed backyard so I cannot do my work outside unless I want to sit on the driveway.
I don’t really have a chill zone. I never really though of it before. If I did then it would probably be outside in my backyard because I will be able hear the birds chirping and maybe even hear the pattering of a squirrel running across the fence. On Tuesday I was throwing a football around with my brother and dad and I herd something pattering on the fence and then I looked over and saw a squirrel! It was really cool. Also I would be able to play with any equipment or thing I wonted to. So if I had a chill zone then it would be in my backyard. I think that I would allow my family there unless they are making me upset or annoying me. I would probably let most of the people in the class there. I don’t think that there is a possibility of my parents let me invite that many people to our house. (I don’t think that corona will let it happen ether)
Your chill space sounds great! I love playing outside too but my house doesn’t have a fence so when I miss the basketball or the hockey ball, my brother and I need to start running to retrieve it or else it will be gone forever. I used to play baseball in my house and a Homerun was when we hit it over our shed and into the next door neighbours house. Fun times.

My chill zone is my room because inside it is so calming and relaxing. I like to draw pictures and play with my toys in my room. Inside I have my bed, My table and my secret hideout. My secret hideout is also part of my chill zone It is super fun because I cannot get interrupted by anyone. I think I can just chill and probably just think of SUPER STARS. I usually think of Alycia Burton and gold rush. Alycia Burton is an extreme bareback jumper and Gold rush is her horse. Honestly all I do is think about horses. Which you can say is boring, but I do not play electronics in my room, so I find other stuff to do. To me playing a I pad is a bit boring so I would rather research. My chill zone is very chilly too. I can just read books anytime and no one BOSSES ME AROUND. That is my chill zone.
Lauryn, please watch this movie if you have time today or tomorrow. The quality isn’t very good but it will do. It’s my favourite horse movie ever made. Maybe you can watch it in your chill zone?

Good morning Ursula Pan Jr. I hope to see you later on at our workout.
Well I am the chill zone. The quite place to work is in my room whenever I am angry or not in a good mode I just shoot my basketball or if I am loud then I go on my big bed. Most of the time I play basketball in my room it is just a small on most of the time I shoot 3 pointers or dunk the ball. Sometimes I go on the couch or on the reading chair just reading about history. I don’t have video games so most of the time I play chess against the computer now my sister knows how to play chess I play chess with her I beat her a lot. After school I do my Kumon and then what Tv or Netflix I watch Greatest things happen in WWII. At 6:00 or 5:00 or 4:00 me and my Dad go bike riding to New Brighton park. I have a notebook and most of the time I draw soccer cleats or sighs like Messi or CR7. Sometimes I do push-ups in my room I do 20. I like to hear good news not bad news like we are going on a holiday that is what I like to hear. Not all the time but sometimes when it is 3:00 my cousins face time me and we talk and stuff.
I feel like you have a bean bag chair in your room too, am I right? Something that you can try is doing 20 squats, 20 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 burpees and 20 jumping jacks each day. Then finish it off by holding a 1 minute plank, 3 times.
I sometimes run to New Brighton Park to get my exercise in. Other times I just workout in my gym at home.

My chill zone is my front yard. Even though it’s noisy, there is a big bush that separates us and the next door neighbors. Sometimes a song sparrow sits on the top of the bush and sings. I really like to hear it sing. I wish there was a pond in
my front yard because it would be nice to have a small body of water outside my house. There are flowers in my front yard. Sometimes I pick them. My parents don’t come in the front yard. So I am free to relax and enjoy. There are ants in my front yard and I like to watch them go back and forth. I also like to jump rope in my front yard. I like to play in my front yard when it is sunny. I like how the grass is cool and the concrete entrance is warm.
Maybe you can make a bird feeder so you can watch the beautiful bird from your window, especially on rainy days. What do you think?

My” chill zone” is on my bed where all of my favorite stuffies are and it is really comfy on my bed i usually always want to chill but i have sister s and they want to play with me so i chilax after lunch if my sisters let me too and that is my “chillzone”.

I have three chill zones. One of my chill zones is the family room with a tv and a projector with a projector screen. The projector screen is much much bigger than the tv though. In that same room there is an Xbox one, a wii, a Nintendo switch and a big gaming computer for virtual reality.
My second chill zone is my bedroom, which is a chill zone for me because when I am inside I am surrounded by toys and cool stuff.
The recreation room in my house has a table tennis table so that is a kind of a chill zone because I do like playing table tennis.
Gaming is a pretty big part of my free time so most of the time I am in the family room with the gaming consoles and the computer.
Unfortunately, I don’t know how to turn on the virtual reality by myself. The wii we have in the family room may be old but it is still the best Nintendo system.
1) Does it still display 1080 pix and/or HD tv? Do you stream videos?
2) Do you spend weekly allowances to buy toys or how does it worK?
3) Are you any good at table tennis? When I first met my wife, she pretended that she was not good at table tennis then we played and she kicked my butt. I need to practice.
Well I am really good at table tennis, not to brag though.
I need some tips on how to stop a smash. And also how to curve a ball, because I’m terrible at that.

My chill zone is in my room on my bed, with my penguins I would set on my bed and talk to my penguins, talk to them why I’m so angry. My quiet area is on my bed and also can be a place where no one is. Then I can calm myself. Normally I use my penguins but when they’re not with my I start talking to myself or maybe try to think of positive thoughts.

My peaceful place would be any bed or couch I can find. I like the beds because I can soothe into the softness of the bed. I also like the beds because I do audiobooks there. When I get mad I punch the bed till my hands hurt but then I can calm down. Everything is the same with the couch except that anybody can go on the couch my bed on the other hand only I can go on. Those are my peaceful places.
Is your bed memory foam? I bought a memory foam mattress topper thing and now it’s like I’m sleeping on pillows every night. I just sink into my bed.I like to listen to music or watch YouTube when I’m upset.

My 🛌 bedroom is my quite space my 🛏 is so big is queen size bed. I have a 🌎 that is shiny for my night 💡 so I don’t get scared 😱. I have a 📺 TV in my room that I can watch movies 🎥 like Shaun the sheep and marry poppins returns. My table is still a mess I have a big table to but anything in it also I have my iPad and we can do zoom meeting.
Your room sounds better than mine. I want your TV so that I can watch Netflix in my room! You also have a very large size bed for such a small person… Jealous!

My zen place is probably in my bedroom because it’s nice and quiet when I’m alone and I can have some time with Insy my Teddybear. My room is upstairs near the kitchen and the kitchen is near my bathroom that’s near my room. I like me bedroom because it has so many memory’s and I like it that way, but my parents say it must be cleaned but then I’ll not know where everything is, I know where it is, well not everything. I also like that I’m near the window because robbers just think they can charge in like put your hands in the air and stuff but when they try to sneak to the front door I’ll just hear them through the window . Also, there’s a charger in my room so when my iPad is about to be dead BOOM! I’ll just charge it, it’s really useful.
Just tell them it is an organized mess. That’s what I told my parents when I was growing up. I hope you’re good at jumping out of the window. Ha Ha. You might also need to jump out if your iPad goes BOOM!
