See you all at GRAD 2020!!!

See you all at Grad at your assigned time-slot! There will be a photographer to take a picture of you and your family in the gym. Then, if you would like a picture with your teachers, we will be waiting outside by the Aubrey entrance so your parents can take a picture of you with the both of us! Physical distancing is required. Merci!

Report Cards

All students will receive a Summative Report card, which is a final report (not a term 3 report) at grad! If you are not coming to the walk-thru grad on Thursday at your time-slot, please email Michelle.Panagiotou@burnabyschools.ca as you can pick up your report card on Friday between 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. No report cards will be mailed out! Merci!

Check your emails!!!!

Hi everyone!

You should have all received TWO important emails today about Grad 2020! One email was from administration and the other email was from me. My email listed your time slot for the walk-thru ceremony next week.

Please let me know if you have any questions!!!

GRAD 2020

Hi everyone!

You should have all received an email by now from the principal, Ms. Hartman. If you have any questions, feel free to post in the Question Hub on Teams 🙂

Good work, everyone!

It is now the middle of the third term and we are very proud of everyone! You have quickly learned how to navigate our new online classroom and you are handing in good quality assignments. We see all of the time and effort you are placing on your assignments and we want to commend you for your ongoing efforts. You are doing a fantastic job! Keep up the fantastic work. You’re an exceptional class with a drive to succeed. Bravo!

Staying active at home

Staying active at home will mean different things for all families! Some may be able to go on daily walks whereas others may be able to have dance workouts at home. I found this resource which is filled with lots of ideas so please check it out and try something new perhaps:

Schoolwork support!

Hello everyone!

This is a friendly reminder about how to ask questions for schoolwork support!

1. Question Hub: Please be sure to use the Question Hub channel. Anyone can respond to your question, students or teachers! This is how we form a collaborative learning environment online just like in the classroom.

2. Tuesday/Thursday afternoon support with Mme Panagiotou: Mme Panagiotou posts every week asking who would like to join her support block. You need to reply to her post if you are interested so she knows to video call you on Teams. If you don’t reply to her, she will think you are not interested.

Weekly Update!

Bonjour!

Our first weekly plan was distributed last week and assignments are due on Monday, April 20! We have posted links for our weekly plans on the blog page, “Schoolwork,” so be sure to check it out. We are so proud of the work we have seen come in already. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Our second virtual meeting is tomorrow at 10 a.m. and the theme is Aubrey Pride! Come dressed in your grad hoodie or something else that makes  you think about Aubrey. We will go over our new weekly plan at the virtual meeting.

Hope to see you all there!
