We have a wonderful cultural experience headed our way next week. On Monday morning we will be welcoming Chef Kevin Houssais to make authentic French crệpes with our and other intermediate classes. Chef Kevin has shared his talents in many schools from kindergarten to grade 12 for the last several years.

The crệpes are made with vanilla, lemon, butter, and sugar. There is no need for students to bring anything except their appetites. Feel free to check out his website at https://www.lespetitschef.ca/
