I wanted to say a huge thank you all the families! Making my job very easy with so many willing volunteers and everyone’s payments in on time for Science World Field Trip!

Open in new tab Burnaby Village Museum (@Suncrest Library) on May 13
We have a great 90 minute workshop happening at Suncrest in the Library for Divisions 8 and 11.
Attached is the form that will be going out on Wednesday in your child’s planner. They cost is $7.10 for the “Animals of the Land” workshop. School cash will be open tomorrow until April 22nd. This experience will be held on May 13 in our school Library. Payment is due early so I can deliver the cheque to the museum over 2 weeks in advance to secure our date.
Science World Field Trip:
Thank you to everyone for paying the fees before the deadline and for all the volunteers. I will confirm with the volunteers this week. Stay tuned for an email from me soon!
Your child will need to wear:
- Closed Toed Shoes (runners/ sneakers)
- Bright Colours or Suncrest Clothing (easy to spot)
- Bring a ball/ cap or a rain coat (dress for the weather)
You child will need in their backpack:
- Snack
- Water Bottle
- Lunch
Extra Friendly Reminders:
- Bring a snack to eat for snack time each day (including fun lunch)
- Dress for the weather each school day
- Our classroom gets really warm in the afternoon, drink plenty of water and dress in light clothing on warmer temperature days
