    My favourite part of our daily walk is being outside. I would like the daily walk to be only on sunny days. Going on the daily walk makes me normal. I have not noticed any benefits from going on the daily walk. Yes, I think the daily walk is a good break from our academic schedule. I have not formed any new friendships or connections on our daily walk.

    My favorite part of the daily walk is talking to my friends and running because its the only fresh air I get in the morning.
    Yes maybe add more walks around the school like 4 or 5.

    My favorite part or the walk is when the sun comes out. No, I don’t want anything to be changed. The daily walk sometimes makes me feel cold and sometimes too warm.
    To be honest, I didn’t notice any benefits. I think the daily walk is a good break from our academic schedule. No I have not formed any friendships due to the walk.

    My favorite part of our daily walk is being able to chat with my friends and get some exercise as well.
    Something I would add to the daily walk is having another lap around the school preferably because I want to chat with my friends even more.
    The daily walk makes me feel refreshed because of the fresh air outside and it clears my mind after the droning sound of teaching.

    I rate our daily walks a 9. I like to talk to my friends or walk alone, thinking about my own existence, life and space theories.

    I don’t have a certain favourite, but I really like thinking about events (current events or at school) or theories (especially about alternative universes and timelines, space) while walking.

    Depending on the weather, the walk can make me feel cold. The walk makes me feel either a bit tired or a bit refreshed, nothing in between.

    Not really, since it’s just walking and I exercise a lot outside of school (Figure skating practices). 🙂

    Yes, it really helps me refresh my brain for a bit from academic subjects such as math, which has a lot of logical thinking and analyzing. My brain really likes the walk, as it can think about many other interesting things.

  • I rate walking in the morning from 1 to 10.negative 0/10 I hate it. Waking up in the morning, then having to run or walk in such horrible whether, makes it a lot worst for me. 🙂 🙁

    Q3. An extra lap maybe? I’m ok with what there is, and its quite nice to breathe some fresh air.
    Q4. It lets my skin breathe and cool down, I prefer the cold, Canadian weather than the humid interior of our school.
    Q5. Not really, I’m not one to notice subtleties or small benefits.
    Q6.Yes, but it depends on the sense of urgency that’s sometimes put onto us when Ms. Smith is behind schedule.

    Q2. My favorite part of the walk is that I get to walk around and talk to them, like Q1.

    Q3. What I would like to see for a change is exploring different parts of the school during the walk; for example, walking around the soccer field, the undercover area, and more. Another thing I would like to do is picking the amount of laps we get to do, like if someone’s really tired and need a break, or if they just don’t wanna walk at all. (but they would have to do it next time).

    Q4. Going on a daily walk make me feel more energized, and airy. (I guess..?). It gives me a chance to talk to my friends about schoolwork, subjects, and other stuff.

    Q5. The benefits I’ve noticed during the walk are that people talk more since they have more freedom, and that includes myself as well.

    Q6. Yes, because we get fresh air, but sometimes we’re late for music by 1-5 minutes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

  • For my morning walk I give it a 10 out of 10. My favourite part about the morning walk is running. I want to see after the morning walk that we play after it. I fell happy when i do the morning walk. I’ve notice that our class screams after the morning walk. It is good for your health. Yes I have made new friends. Jan is my new friend.

    My favourite part of our daily walk is walking and talking with my friends. I would like the daily walk to be 3 laps around the school instead of 2. Going on daily walks make me feel refreshed because I get fresh air and I get a break from looking at the screen and paper all day. Benefits of going on morning walks is I get some exercise and It reduces stress and anxiety. I feel like it’s a good break from the academic schedule because we get time to talk to each other and we also get a time off from all the work. I didn’t form any relations or connections from the daily walk.

    Morning walk is nice but my favourite thing about it is that you get to connect with friends on what you can do after school. I would like to change that we can do as many as we want up to 4 but a minimum of 2 so we all get exercise. The daily walk makes me feel happy and excited for school to end so I can hang out with my friends after we discussed with each other. Benefits from daily walk is exercise and a healthy immune system. Yes I do feel that it is a good way to take a break from our academic schedule so we won’t always be stressed. No I haven’t made any new friend ships but I get to hang out with people I already have friend ships with.

    My favourite part of our daily walk is walking with my friends and talking with them along the way. A thing that I would like to change about the walk is to make the walk longer than usual. Basically, I want it to be maybe 3 laps instead of 2. I like going on a walk because we can take a few minutes off of school work and I like talking to my friends and joking around with when we walk. I noticed a benefit when we go for the walk. I feel better and it boosts my mood a little in the morning because we don’t have to do school work the entire time and we get a break from it and so when we come back, I feel refreshed. We also get daily exercise when we go for the walk. Exercise helps us to be healthy and the walk helps with that. I feel that walks are a good thing to take a break from the academic schedule because we don’t need work always in our mind and stressing us. I like to talk on the walks but I don’t think I have made any new relationships, friends, or connections.

    My favourite part of our daily walk is when I can socialize with my friends and can talk about anything we want! What I would like to see change in our daily walk is the amount of laps we do because of the weather, we always do two laps despite of the cold weathers but I would change it to 1 lap just because of the cold weather. Benefits from going on a daily walk makes me feel relaxed because I can think about our schoolwork and it makes all my worries go away. I feel like the daily walk is a good break from our academic schedule because I really would need to think before a subject to prepare myself. I don’t recall forming any friendship while on the daily walk because I am usually by myself or talking to people I already know.

    0, I only do it for my grades because I’m always tired. Whenever I go on a daily walk, it makes me more tired and burnt out and grumpier. I only do the walk and walk fast because I need the academic award.

    NOTHING, I’m tired of walking. I despise walking very much with a burning passion. I never hate anything else more than I hate the morning walk.

    3.IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE CHANGED OR ADDED TO OUR DAILY WALKS?
    I would like to have less walks because we are behind in work, and I want more work. Having more work is more important than morning walk.

    Annoyed, angry, tired, and grumpy. Like, why do we have to walk every day?????????? It just makes me angrier. I am tired of constantly walking every day. My leg feels like wobbly jelly and that I will collapse to the ground and die. I feel like every time I go on the morning walk that I have no more reason to live. That my life is as short as my caterpillar. The walk is so boring like, I don’t know why Jan like the morning walk so much. He must like walking.

    5.HAVE YOU NOTICED ANY BENEFITS FROM GOING FROM OUR DAILY WALK?
    No, I’m disgusted. Why can’t we have more work and more homework. Work and homework are more important to me than walking. I don’t care about my physical health because my mom already said I’m too skinny.

    6.DO YOU FEEL LIKE OUR DAILY WALKS ARE A GOOD BREAK FROM OUR ACADENIC SCHEDULE?
    No, Mrs. Smith is behind in work and she is not giving homework every day. I want more homework and more work. Please Mrs. Smith, give us more homework.

    7.HAVE YOU FORMED ANY NEWFRIENDSHIPS OR CONNECTIONS AS A RESULT OF OUR DAILY WALK?
    No, when I was in grade 6, the older boys would say annoying and say mean stuff to me. I would try to walk beside Mrs. Smith so they wouldn’t say anything to me. I was friends with Leah, but the walk never helped me with making friends. All I do on the walk is talk to Leah about weekends and juicy information about things that happened.

    My favourite parts of the walk are that you get to socialize with other people and your friends and you get a daily exercise although my favourite part is getting to talk to others. no i think that the morning walk doesn’t really need anything to be added but if i had to add something i would like for the walk to be a little bit longer so about 3 laps instead. The daily walks make me feel refreshed because you get to have a break from the class it also might give people a good exercise. Yes physical exercise can improve brain health, help manage weight, reduse risk of many diseases and strengthen bones, and it also will help you improve your everyday activites. Yes i think its a good break some people have trouble focusing for long periods of time and the walk could help by getting air and you can focus on something else for a bit. no I haven’t made any friendship during the morning walk although i have made many friend ships out side of the morning walk.

    My favourite part of our daily walk is talking with my friends. Umm What i want to change is the boys don’t run because when i’m talking with my friends one guy rush forward and my friends chase to this guy. I feel i can take a breath with fresh air. I feel that going outdoors makes me feel more alert and study more effectively. Yes I feel that short breaks make us more refreshed. Yes a lot of funny friends.😁😁😁

    my favorite part about the walk is I get to walk around the school. I would like to add more laps to my daily walk. It makes me feel great. I’ve noticed that I feel more happy and I feel I have more energy.
    I feel my daily walks are a good break because I don’t have to do worksheets. I made lots of friends and some friends play tag with me when I go on my walk.

    Q2. My favorite part of the daily walk is that we don’t have to run the whole 2 laps and the walk also gives us time to talk with our friends. It could also give us time to think or just get some daily exercise.

    Q3. Going on the walk when it’s raining or snowing makes it not as enjoyable because we have to walk/run in the snow or rain.

    Q4. Going on the walk makes me feel refreshed and it helps me get enough exercise.

    Q5. I noticed that the walks help me wake up and get some fresh air in the morning which helps because I’m not really a morning person.

    I like it because I get to talk to my friends and I like to go out when its snowing or when its sunny.
    I would like us not to go outside when it’s rain because its cold and your shoes get wet.
    It sometimes make me feel good and relaxed especially when its snowing or when its sunny.
    I get exercise from the daily walk and it makes me feel good to to get a break and talk with our friends.
    I guess so because you get to talk to your friend and go outside for a walk.
    I don’t think so but I get a chance to talk to my friends and get a chance to be closer friends.
