Music monday

Reflecting on our Concert Preformance

This week we are practicing on the dragons den song we are also playing dashing through the snow, God rest ye Mary gentlemen, and here comes Santa Claus
Mr. Yanko!
This week we were working on our “Dragon’s Den” song for the Christmas concert. Mr. Yanko made almost ALL of us get new mallets for our xylophone. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out which ones worked best! We also filled out a sheet to work on our term 1 marks.
Shark tank song
We worked on the shark tank theme song. Some kids worked on the xylophones, snare drums, jingle bells. We did the tune of some winter songs on recorder for sound effects for the song. They all kinda worked. I liked them all. 1b
Xylophone
We practiced on the xylophone the them song of the show Dragons den. And we all played different interment to find a difrent sound. Some of these were trumpet recorder guitar French horn rain stick kazoos. These are to be used for sound effects in the theme song 1g
