The Sanofi Biogenius Canada (SBC) competition provides an opportunity for students in high school (and CEGEP in Quebec) to work on groundbreaking biotechnology research in professional labs working with research mentors leading in their fields. The competition provides a rich research experience that can’t be attained elsewhere

Students compete in one of nine regional competitions held in April for an opportunity to win cash prizes with the regional winners advancing to the National competition in Toronto in May

The SBC National winner will represent Canada at the International BioGENEius competition in Philadelphia, PA June 2019
