A Counsellor friend of mine recently told me that Mind Yeti (an amazing mindfulness app) is offering 19 free research-based guided mindfulness sessions. I highly recommend this program (in fact I use the paid version with my daughters) and I am so happy that more people will get an opportunity to experience their sessions. As I said, it is FREE and you can watch them on YouTube or Vimeo or listen to them on Spotify, Stitcher, or iTunes.
