We had a guest teacher this week at Parkcrest School.  Her name is Daisy and we learned a lot from her.   We found out that Daisy is a mammal, and that means that she gives birth to a live baby and feeds it milk from her body.  We were able to watch a milking demonstration and ask her farmer lots of questions.  Daisy produces eight jugs of milk a day, and those jugs end up at the market for us to drink.
