Indigenous Perspectives

Visiting the same outdoor learning space supports an Indigenous perspective of learning. Through culturally respectful and inclusive teaching, connecting learning and nature allow for experiential, hands-on, authentic teaching.

We plan to embed Indigenous culture and knowledge into outdoor lessons that will recognize the importance of forming positive relationships with the environment we learn and live.
