Hello Division 3 Students,
I am attaching a link below to a form you need to fill out.
This form is a survey we will convert to a paragraph to be included in your Term 2 report card. Please make sure you work on this individually without help from anyone at home. This is for you to share your voice and your thoughts on your report card.
This survey needs to be filled out by all students by February 23rd.
