Good morning Division 6! It was great seeing you guys yesterday during the class meeting. Remember, we’ll have another meeting next week. It was great hearing from all of you and I’m looking forward to seeing you guys again! I’ve got 2 pieces of news for you – tomorrow is a Pro-D and Monday is Victoria Day.  So, you have both days off, but please try to complete your assignments for tomorrow.  Your Colour Poem, Science questions, and SS questions are due tomorrow.  Other than that, enjoy the weekend!  Here’s your schedule for the day:

  • PE WITH JOE or JUST DANCE videos – Choose between PE WITH JOE or choosing JUST DANCE videos. If you have some other exercise that you found online, then do that. Try your best to get your 20 minutes of exercise every morning.  Drink plenty of water and take breaks when needed.
  • POETRY – Your COLOUR poem is due tomorrow. Please make sure that you follow the instructions given for the COLOUR poem directions.  Upload your completed poems on MS TEAMS.
  • MATH – Continue working on your new MATH ASSIGNMENT which due FRIDAY, MAY 22nd. If you are looking to do some extra math, you can play some games on COOL MATH 4 KIDS for 15 minutes.
  • SCIENCE – Your answers for ALL ABOUT THE AQUATIC BIOMES – MARINE BIOMES is due TOMORROW. Please upload your answers to the ASSIGNMENTS tab in MS TEAMS.
  • SS – Please complete the questions on CHINESE IMMIGRANT HEAD TAX and hand in them in to me on MS TEAMS. The due date is TOMORROW
  • PRACTICE TYPING with Dance Mat typing or if you found a website that you like, for 15 minutes.
  • MUSIC – Please remember to complete your assignment for Ms. Fletcher. You need to complete and submit 3 easy forms that are on the Music Blog: a music blog poll, music reflection, and a scavenger hunt.  The assignments are located on Ms. Fletcher’s blog in the FORMS TO SUBMIT TO MS. FLETCHER which is located under the PRIME MINISTER TRUDEAU’S MESSAGE TO KIDS WITH LEGO video.  This is all due TODAY.  Her blog is on the Suncrest website at https://sd41blogs.ca/fletcherp/
  • Explore MS TEAMS – You can use the chat option with each other after you have completed the day’s activities. It will be open from 10:30 to 1:30.
