Friday we will be celebrating Halloween with the other K/1 classes from the At Home Learning Program! We are working towards building a sense of school community with our other online classes! Students are invited to get dressed up on Friday, lets have fun! I will email a special link for Friday and more specific information later.
Learning Focus for the week:
- Pumpkins , Fall, Cycles, Halloween celebrations
- Patterns, Cycles and number sense
- Using our 5 senses, scientific method – asking questions, testing our predictions
- Continued learning about emotions and strategies using the Zones of Regulation
Special Materials Needed this week:
- coloured construction paper (black and orange)
- white paint
- white crayon or pencil crayon
- collections (buttons, coins, beans, rocks, sticks etc)
