  • November 2 – (FRENCH) Mes Préférences list
    • Students create a list of options for preferences based on the given categories
  • November 6 – (ELA) Remembrance Day Sonnet
    • Students submit the final copy of their Remembrance Day themed sonnet
  • November 6 (FRENCH) – -ER Verb Conjugation Review
  • November 6 – (ELA) Remembrance Day Sonnet
    • Students submit the final copy of their Remembrance Day themed sonnet
  • November 9 – (SCIENCE) Balloon Car
    • Students’ car build complete and ready to be tested
  • November 9 – (SCIENCE) Newton’s Third Law: Two Truths and a Lie Handout
    • Students complete the worksheet and come up with three scenarios of their own similar, and write three accompanying statements (with one being false)
  • November 10 – (ELA) Letter from a Character
    • Students write a min. one page letter from the perspective of their chosen character, using their outline as foundation for their writing. Students to type up final copy.
  • November 14 – (FRENCH) Les Articles (Sections: G, H, I)
    • Students complete section G using definite articles (le, la, les, l’), section H using indefinite articles (une, un, des) and section I which uses both definite and indefinite articles
  • November 14 – (SEL) Reflection Questions + Analogy Response
    • Students answer reflection questions about the debate activity before writing a short response to the question “How could a brain be like a house of cards?”
  • November 15 – (ELA) Chapter 8+9 Comprehension Questions
    • Students to complete the comprehension questions for Chapters 8+9
  • November 21 – (SCIENCE) Balloon Car Reflection
    • Students to complete the reflections individually (posted on Teams)
  • November 21 – (SCIENCE) Newton’s Second Law Logic Puzzles
    • Students to complete all three pages – completing a logic puzzle with given clues, and then using the information gathered to complete the graphing sections
    • Students answer questions about what the graphs represent
  • November 23 – (FRENCH) Les Articles Partitifs
    • Students to complete the sheet by looking at the images and writing the correct article (definite, indefinite, or partitive)
    • Students to sort listed vocabulary into the given chart
  • November 28 – (SEL) Snow White Story Retelling
    • Students to write a quick summary of the story of Snow White from either a positive perspective or a negative perspective (perspective assigned in class)
  • November 27 – (ELA) Chapter 11 + 12 Questions
    • Students to complete the comprehension questions for chapters 11 + 12
