Hello Families,
Each week I add 3-4 new sight words to our work wall. During the week we sound out the letters in the words, read each word, talk about the words, and use them in our morning message. I will try post our words below each week for you to see.
Some activities you can do at home with our weekly words:
- word search in the library books
- practice copying them
- practice sounding out the letters
- secret password (use a word as a password to access a room or the fridge, they have to read the word)
- make the letters from the word using playdoh or other materials
