Today we began our investigation of motion using ramps. Some vocabulary we will hopefully know by the end of our inquiry: motion, gravity, force, ramps, machines.
Some questions that may guide us with our investigations (these will most likely change over time as the kids begin to ask their own questions):
- How can you make objects move?
- How does the shape or size of an object affect the object’s movement?
- How does the material the object is made of affect the object’s movement?
