COOKING CHALLENGE: IRON CHEF JUNIOR- BURNABY

Good morning Division 10,

The time has come. After class meeting today I will post your cooking challenge for you to participate in. This is optional of course. Stay tuned… In the meantime, watch the introduction video to get you motivated.

Okay, the 3 ingredients you need to use are: green vegetables, a rice or grain product, and a protein (meat, beans, tofu, eggs, etc.). You are welcome to use any additional products you have at home. Take pictures and send in your submissions. May the best Chef win!
