Week 3 Physical Education: 5 Days of Yoga

Hi everyone, 

Mrs. Wu and I have been trying to be active and healthy every day, seeing that all I do is cook and eat nonstop when I’m working from home (mostly). Something that we’ve been doing a lot of is Yoga and we wanted to share this challenge with you as well. We are on Day 11 now out of 30 days. Wish us luck. Let me know how Yoga goes for you all this week.

    At my dance class everything is so quick the music go’s really fast and choreography is really fast too!Then I become used to it,but when I do this yoga in my head I’m like hurry up video I can’t sit here for ever!😂😂

    I did the Yoga and it is so fun. I also did this cardio yoga and another stregnth and cardio. I am not even relaxed but now I am super tired. 🙁 Honestly I cannot do too much but it hurts because if you are not warm then you will ache a day or two after. Will you post pictures of you and Aimee doing Yoga? 🙂
