Here is a great exercise thing for you all to do! Enjoy! Let me know in the comments how you found the challenge.
Example:
- J- 15 push ups
- U-15 tricep dips (google this)
- S- 1 minute wall sit (sit like your in a chair with your back to the wall)
- T- 20 calf raises (lift knee to your chest one at a time)
- I- 1 minute plank (like a push-up position)
- N- 40 jumping jacks

Are we supposed to do 15 lunges on each leg?
For you, yes. you need to do BOTH legs. hahah
Mr.Wu it was kind of hard at some times because I did it all today in jeans.
I’m glad you actually did it. I was going to, then I decided to make a smoothie … well chocolate milkshake instead. And then I planted myself on the bed, turned on YouTube and drank my milkshake instead of working out. Don’t judge!

The hardest 1 was the 1 min wall sits because I had to do 3 of them in a row.
I think the hardest part was just sitting still for 3 minutes, not the actual activity that makes you tired. Ha ha.

You know that you didnβt have to do it all in one day because you have the rest of the week to do it. You could have done some of it today and the rest on another day you know.
