Spring Break Clean Up!
Hello Parents, As Spring Break approaches please be advised students will be emptying their desks and cubbies in order to re-organize themselves over the break, allow us to prepare for the new organizational system we will use when we switch from desks to tables, and in order for the district to do a deep clean over the break. Missing Assignments
Hello Division 1 and 2 Parents and Students, As Term 2 draws to a close and I am working on report cards I wanted to touch base regarding missed assignments. Last term I sent each student in both divisions and their parent(s) an email with a detailed list of any missing work, as well as a drop dead date any missed assignments needed to be handed in by. Term 2 Final Project Due Dates Posted
Hello Students, I have just posted the due dates for all the FINAL PROJECTS & ASSIGNMENTS FOR TERM 2. The only thing not posted is the second math test we hope to complete. Please do not panic when you see unfamiliar assignments. These will be presented, explained, and expectations laid out in due time. Field Trip Volunteer Needed
Hello Parents, Next week on January 20th the grade 7’s in Div. 1 and Div. 2 will be walking to Burnaby Central for an information session about high school and course selection presentations. We will be there between 12:30 and 2:30 which means we should be leaving Buckingham a little before noon. Ms. Baird and I are looking for a walking volunteer to walk with us between the two schools (both directions), preferably a grade 7 parent. If anyone is available please email me as soon as possible. Winter Concert Info
Hello Parents, Please see below regarding next week’s Winter Concert: Costume reminder: Please make sure children are wearing their concert attire for both the afternoon and evening performance. Concert Night: Front doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Children will enter through the front doors and make their way to their classes. Parents will line up at the front with their tickets.
