Dear Parents,

Today, we started off with students getting the chance to play games with friends in the class. Then, we voted for the silliest, scariest, and most original costume. All the students’ costumes were amazing and we had a great day! Then, we planned our weekend journals, our only homework for this weekend.

The Journal Prompt is: 1. What do you like to do for Halloween/what did you do/what is your favourite part? or 2. If students don’t celebrate Halloween – just writing about their weekend. This is due on Monday.

After, we hit the pinatas and the candy spilled out. I love doing this with my classes!

Following that, we had snack and then I took some class pictures and pictures of students with their friends. Then, we had recess and started our movie.

After, was Buddies where students rolled dice to create creatures for our Halloween themed activity with their Little Buddies.

Following lunch, we had a Halloween Assembly and then continued the movie.
