Dear Parents,
Today, we started off with our spelling test. Then, we wrote up various events that are certain, likely, unlikely, and impossible to happen and sorted them.
After, students worked on Lesson 3 of their respective textbooks. I’m sorry, the questions were erased off the board so please check with your child which questions were assigned. It is homework if not finished in class.
After, we had DPA and the extra DPA they earned as a class. Then, they had time to work on their Science projects.
Following lunch, I had students complete a 30 minute bridge building competition. It was difficult, but the kids did so well and we tested them with various weight sizes.
At the end of the day, students worked on peer editing another student’s work again. I collected them and will be editing them as well before they finish their good copies.
There is a French quiz on Wednesday next week on Avoir and Être. I have made a quizlet practice on Microsoft Teams if students would like to practice there with some games.
Rugs are also due on Monday, May 24th. Students can sign out the latch hook hooks if they need to work on their rug at home.
Sincerely,
Ms. Wilks
Hi Ms. Wilks, How can we access Microsoft Teams from home for the French work?
Hi Monica,
If Robert doesn’t know how to use Microsoft Teams at home, he doesn’t have to – it’s an optional practice 🙂
