Spring Schedule

Hello Division 8!
Thank you so much to everyone who has responded to my email, was very patient with my response time and knew to come here for all the information about activities for the upcoming month! Hopefully the blog is already familiar to you but if not, please spend some time getting to know it.
It’s been truly wonderful reading about and seeing all the activities you’ve been taking part in over the last month apart. Thank you for sharing them with me and please continue to do so! I miss seeing everyone so much and I absolutely love seeing all the fun and creative things you’ve been to to since I last saw you in class!

Our new schedule (subject to change as we work through the next few weeks) is posted under the SPRING SCHEDULE tab above (I’m trying to post it larger, my apologies as it’s hard to read). We are slowly and gradually working towards this schedule.
Each week I will be posting detailed descriptions of the activities listed on the schedule. I have already written descriptions of many of the reoccuring activities in recent blog posts.

Art ~ If you haven’t already emailed me your Rainbow for Hope, please do so by Friday.

Zoom Meetings will NOT happen until teachers are given access to Zoom Ed. There are many security and privacy concerns associated with Zoom that do not make me comfortable hosting a meeting with your children.

EVERYDAY
Bookbeast Reading. 15-20 minutes. Everyday.
Silently reading, reading to a someone at home, listening to someone read to you, watching Tumblebooks etc, reading to a family member or friend on FaceTime/Skype/over the phone…
Print off the Reading Bingo sheet to add a little more fun!
