There were 50 Chinese New Year dragons dancing in the air putting on an amazing show tonight for everyone. 2 dragons had to go to the washroom. 3 dragons got bored & left as well. 2 dragons got tired & went home. 1 dragon got hungry so he went to get some food to eat. 1 dragon returned from the washroom & got right back in the dance. 1 dragon had to go back home for dinner so he left as well. There are 20 groundhogs sitting in their holes. 10 get bored & move to a new hole 5 children come along & think the groundhogs are really cute so they take 5 groundhogs for each of the children. There were 20 chubby groundhogs. 10 left to go to the bathroom. 6 other groundhogs went to go for lunch at Vera`s yummy restaurant. They loved their food and went there every day. How many groundhogs are left? ~ Vera
There are 20 groundhogs that ate too many donuts so when people see them the people will like them because they were too fat. They ate too many sweets & the ground hogs became really chubby & they couldn’t fit in their hole. Then 16 groundhogs began to eat healthy because they did not like being chubby anymore:) How many still ate donuts and cupcakes and cotton candy?! ~ Chloe

Our fabulous librarian Mrs. Roberts is looking for volunteer parents / family members to help her in the library shelving books.
