I hope you had an EXCELLENT weekend. Now that the bans are lifting, I was able to go visit some dear friends whom we haven’t seen in months! We had a 3-way birthday celebration and it was awesome. Did you or someone you know have a birthday during the isolation period? Maybe you could make them a card and give it to them when you see them next… or even mail it! It’s always nice to know someone is thinking of you. You could send a card to someone even if they DIDN’T have a birthday!
Here is this week’s schedule. I apologize about having to switch back to Khan Academy. I preferred IXL, but our free trial ran out so we cannot continue it this school year. I have put new assignments up on the Khan site. Please remember to sign into your accounts (you created). If you haven’t created one yet, follow these directions:
- go to: http://www.khanacademy.org
- Create an account (make sure you tell me your username!)
- Join the correct class:
- grade 4: A89NCDM5
- grade 5: KFTR5UCW
- Start your lessons! (see schedule for which ones to do)
- If you finish fast, try out some other lessons on Khan… there are LOTS! (but make sure you do the assigned ones 1st)
We will have a class meeting again at our regular time: Thursday @ 10:30 a.m. on Zoom. I will post a link later this morning. I think that’s it. Have a GREAT Monday!
