- I sent each child a video on Wednesday or Thursday this week, if you haven’t watched it go to Teams and comment so I know you saw it!
- Watch Jillian Jiggs and the Great Big Snow. Complete a My favourite book worksheet about your favourite Jillian Jiggs book from this week.
- Reading: Grade 1’s: read on Raz Kids, make sure you record today if you haven’t recorded yet this week. Kindergarten’s: listen to a book on Tumblebooks, have someone read to you and/or read a book on Raz Kids
- Complete a writing page
- Math:
- Play Which is Smaller – Subtraction: split the deck of cards between the players, each player flips 2 cards over, and subtracts the smaller card from the larger card. The player with the lowest number gets to keep all the cards.
- Draw 2 Jumps Back worksheet: look at the worksheet, you can print and complete, do it on the screen (with their finger) or just use the worksheet to understand the activity. Create some questions (Kindergarten’s to 5, Grade 1’s to 20) and have them use their number line to subtract. They can be written questions or oral ones.
