- Music is cancelled today as Mr. Smith has another meeting at that time.
- Watch Jillian Jiggs and the Secret Surprise. Look for the photos of the script for the play on Teams (Jillian Jiggs folder) if you’d like someone to read it to you. This is a picture of the pig that Jack made with my parents from the directions in The Wonderful Pigs of Jillian Jiggs. My mum said it was a lot of work! It’s an alien pig.
- Watch Africville and compete a My Connection activity (on Teams, under writing and reading). I talked about some of my connections to the book at the end of the video.
- Do story workshop and write and draw about your story
- Math:
- Play Which is Bigger Addition
- Create addition questions (written or oral) (K’s numbers to 5, 1’s numbers to 20), and have them use their number line or ruler to figure out the answer. They don’t need to draw on the number line, they can just use their finger.
- Reading: K’s: have someone read to you, watch a book on Tumblebooks or read a book on Raz Kids. 1’s: read a book on Raz Kids.

- Compete a My favourite part page about a book you read or listened to
- Complete a Beginning, Middle and End activity for a book you’ve read
- Pretend your counters are coins and practice counting by 5’s, 10’s, 1’s and 2’s.
