If you liked Robert Munsch’s books, there are many videos of him reading some of his other books. He has written more than 50 books. Here is a link to him reading some of his books on YouTube.
Reading:
Grade 1’s: on Raz Kids, check to see if you have something on your page called Flight Check, if you do go to it and complete the assignment. If you do not, read and record a book on Raz Kids.
Kindergarten’s: listen to a book on Tumblebooks and complete a Beginning/Middle and End worksheet. You can also do the activity based on one of the Robert Munsch books or a book someone read to you.
Writing: complete a My Favourite Book activity for your favourite Robert Munsch book
Math: look at your coin chart and practice recognizing the names and amounts of each coin. Complete the Money Toy Store – Canadian Coins activity on Teams. This could be printed, or done by pointing to the correct amount on the computer screen.
