Gingerbread Men and Women
I hope you enjoyed hearing the classic story of the Gingerbread Man. There are several versions of this story, but the one you heard is the original. Do you think there is something to be learned from this tale? Does it remind you of another story? I certainly think the little gingerbread was quite clever and ‘cheeky’ when he ran away from everybody. But he was also gullible since he believed that the cunning fox was actually trying to help him.
You sure did a good job of helping your little buddies decorate their cookies and making yours come alive as well. I hope you enjoyed eating them too!

I loved decorating gingerbread man and woman. I might have went a little overload with the candy, my gingerbread was pretty sweet.
I am so glad that you had a good time with our little buddies. Yes, one can get carried away with going overboard with the decorating, especially when you get to eat it afterwards. Sometimes, less is more. Have you ever heard at that saying?
It was really fun making gingerbread men with our buddies but my buddie wasn’t here but it was really fun working with other buddies

No, I haven’t heard that saying before.
It means that sometimes when you keep things simple, it actually turns out better. When you try to add too much, it looks too ‘busy’ and complicated.
