Mrs.Mann I found a glitch. Yesterday I finish fill the survey, Then today it reappears the form, I don’t what it means like that?
Hi Chau,
The form will always reappear each time you refresh the page. As long as you submit your survey, I will receive it. Even though you are logged in to the site, the survey is through Google and does not recognize you personally.
