Hello Div 1 parents,
This is just a reminder about our ‘Parents as Partners’ meeting this Wednesday. If you are able to attend, our student teacher and I will be available to answer questions you may have and to give an outline on our upcoming school year as well as showing how to track your child’s progress.
Also, I will be asking parents about parent drivers for two upcoming field trips. If you are not able to attend on Wednesday but may still be able to drive please let your child know and I’ll poll them on Thursday!
Trip 1: Thursday October 19, 2023 to Lynn Canyon Ecology Centre (full day)
Trip 2: Tuesday November 14, 2023 to Beaty Museum & PME at UBC
Once I am able to see how many drivers we have I will let parents know. If we don’t have enough drivers then we will take public transportation and likely need to leave before our normal 9am start time.
