What are the parts of the plants that we eat?

Seeds – corn, peas, sunflower seeds

Flowers – broccoli, cauliflower

Stems – celery, asparagus

Leaves – lettuce, cabbage spinach

Roots – carrots, beets, sweet potatoes.

Wow!  Plants make oxygen for us to breathe and food for us to eat.
