Today we are going to learn all about 2- D shapes and 3-D objects.  This story is called Circle, Square Moose.

Lesson 1:

I can identify and name the 2-D shapes. (I can name the 2-D shapes I see).

A two-dimensional shape is flat and has a number of sides and corners.

Can you point to and name the 2-D shapes?

 

Lesson 2:

I can identify and name the the 3-D shapes. (I can name the 3-D shapes I see).

A three-dimensional shape is solid and has a number of faces, vertices and edges.

Can you point to and name the 3-D shapes?
