In the past two weeks we have been working in the gym with Renee on Yoga. She has been helping us learn how use yoga to live our class rules:
- Respect and care for your body
- Showing Ownership of your actions
- Cooperation with our friends in balance poses
- Sharing Kindness in our hearts to share
- Safety in our practice
