June Clip Art - June Images - Month of June Clip Art

What a whirlwind week we’ve had—full of learning, creativity, music, and a splash of swimming fun!

We kicked off the week a little differently with a Professional Development Day for teachers on Monday. That meant we didn’t get to see your smiling faces until Tuesday, but when you arrived—you got right down to business!

This week, you continued working hard on Avnika’s Script. Your focus and Reader's Theater Script: Neila in the Neighborhood ...teamwork are really starting to shine as you prepare for your two big presentation days: Tuesday, June 17th (for each other), and Thursday, June 19th (for the other Grade 4/5 classes). We can’t wait to see the final performances!

In addition to all that drama (the good kind!), we dedicated time on both Tuesday and Wednesday to dive into our26 Funny Comics That Perfectly Capture the Life of a Teacher Rocks & Minerals/Sustainability Comic Strips and Career Brochures. 28,600+ Brochure Clipart Stock Illustrations, Royalty-Free ...Both of these exciting projects are due Monday, so be sure you put the finishing touches on them over the weekend if needed.

This week also featured the school-wide Talent Show—held on both Talent Show PNG Transparent Images Free Download | Vector ...Thursday and Friday so every class could watch—and wow, Division 7, you shone so brightly! Hats off to Rudy, Ved, Carlos, and Penny for their brave and beautiful performances. Hats off to our virtual performers AND those who submitted art work. So much talent and musicality in our room!

Of course, even with all these exciting events, we still squeezed in some solid learning. In math, we wrapped up ourFraction Decimals: Over 880 Royalty-Free Licensable Stock Illustrations & Drawings | Shutterstock unit on fractions, working on visualizing, drawing, and comparing them. This helped us build a strong understanding before we move on to decimals next week. Remember: a decimal is just another way to show parts of a whole—just like a fraction!  Keep working on the Money and Time units in IXL as well!  Some of you are really seeing progress and flying through those levels!

In literacy, we dug deeper into Out of My Mind. Using our cause and effect skills, we looked at some big moments from the last two chapters and reflected on what caused them and what the effects were. Then, we used our graphic organizers and writing strategies to build thoughtful paragraphs that showed both your reading comprehension and your writing skills. Amazing work!

We’re proud of how much you’ve accomplished and how you’re finishing the year strong. Keep up the great work, Division 7!
