This is a wonderful resource that I refer to regularly to support my planning around teaching concepts related to “educating the heart”.
Recently, while working on my graduate studies, I came across this short video clip that reminded me of the ‘why’ behind the importance of teaching the ‘heart’ as well as the ‘mind’.
At the same time, this short video clip was shared with me, and I felt it was very timely, given Div. 21’s focus on cracking open the idea of ’empathy’.
I hope you have a chance to enjoy these tiny gems! I wonder, what kinds of ideas will they spark for you? What wisdom, wonders, or worries do you have about the idea of ‘teaching the heart and mind’?
Love,
Ms Allanson
